St. Regis Paper Company was incorporated January 26, 1899. The southern operation was initiated in 1946 and stands out as a turning point of single importance.
Presently, St. Regis Paper Company, LLC owns, manages and sells timberland in the southeast United States. Our timberland tracts are used for timber investments, real estates investments, rural home sites, vacation sites, hunting tracts, and recreational tracts. Some tracts have river frontage, creeks, and/or streams; some have US Hwy, state Hwy and/or county road frontages; some have development potential.
